At Bag Crap, we want you to love your carry-all, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
